Apply for a Refund

In the “Refund Request” section, you can monitor the status of your requests in real time thanks to a system of colored indicators:
Green for “Accepted” requests chec.
Red for “Rejected” requests, with an explanation provided by the company.
Light blue for “In processing” requests.
These indicators give you a clear view of the status of your expenditures.

For managers, the “Reimbursement Request” section allows them to view and manage all employee requests. Each request listed can be reviewed in detail via the “Details” button to approve or reject the request, as well as view attachments such as invoice images.
With an advanced filter system, you can easily find specific requests, improving efficiency and communication
